Inspired by what locals lovingly refer to as 'The Gem', this hand painted surfboard is a love letter to the vibrant surf community in Cromer. Repurposing a heritage Black & White surfboard from the original East Coast Surf shop and painted by local illustrator and designer Sara Harrington.

 

The proceeds from the sale of this board will be donated directly to the North Norfolk Surf Lifesaving Club. Situated in the very heart of the Promenade, Cromer's Surf Lifesaving Club is a non-profit organisation dedicated to fostering the unique sport of lifeguarding, providing training and volunteer run coaching sessions to encourage sport and safety within the sea. All proceeds from the sale of this hand painted board will help to continue the Club's ability to provide training and equipment for it's members.

 

The board is available to view at the Eastern Regionals Surf Lifesaving Championships in Southwold from 29th - 31st August and in the East Coast Surf Shop in Cromer from September onwards.
